Using your BumpIt screen
Navigating and using the Bump-it system is easy and intuitive. The default screen that you can navigate back to by tapping the knife and fork options on the left hand side will bring up your active orders that have been sent through.
Tapping on the colored bars on the top will bring up the entire order on the right hand side, while tapping statistics on the left will bring up all active items to be made.
The coloured bars will also display your order health based on the times that you set when you configure your system, the guide for which can be found here.
Understanding the colours themselves
Green - New Order
Yellow - Order has been active for some time, may need some attention soon
Red - Needs Immediate Attention, this order has been idle for too long.
Bumping Items
To bump an order, you can either bump an item as it is made by tapping on it to score it out or by tapping the bump button to finalise the entire or remaining order.
Holding orders
If you need to pause an order, tapping the hold button will move the order to the hold screen. This can be accessed on the left, by tapping on the circle with the pause icon.
This will open up your held orders which you can then tap the unhold button to send them back to active orders.
Recalling Old Orders
If you accidentally bump an order or need to resend a pass docket, select the three lines on the left hand side.
This will open up your menu options, selecting the Order History option will bring up all previously bumped orders.
From this Screen you can select and old order by tapping on it, or by sending a copy of the pass docket to the target printer if one is set up.
When you re-open an closed order, you can send it back to the original bump screen by selecting unbump.
Combining Orders
Tapping the + icon down the bottom left will allow you to select multiple dockets to combine. After you have selected the dockets you want joing, tap the + icon again.
Combined orders will then be consolidated onto one bump docket.
Refreshing Bump Screen
To synch your bump screen to any changes made in back office, navigate back to the options menu by selecting the three lines at the top. From there select the Change Filter option.
From there select which filter you are refreshing on that bump screen, it will then initiate a menu synch.
