Welcome to Impos 6.58! We’ve excited to announce some new integrations, as well as improvements to our interface and bug fixes to make Impos better than ever. 

 

Property Management 

  • RMS Cloud Property Management Software 

  • Opera Cloud Property Management Software 

An integration with a Property Management System allows venues providing accommodation to post charges to a guest’s account, enabling a single payment at checkout. Rather than dealing with cash or paying for each order individually, guests can bill back to their room. 

Similarly, it enables insights into how much a guest spends at facilities and what they are purchasing. 

 

Slyp Smart Receipts 

Our new integration with Slyp will allow you to automatically send receipts to customers through their banking apps or provide a digital receipt through SMS. 

 

 

Enhancements
Deal Groups now apply an item discount to the items the deal consists of, rather than adding a separate negatively priced item to the order. The discount is distributed proportionally across each
item in the deal.

 

It is now possible to set a Price Set to ‘Free’, which causes any items sold using that Price Set to be priced at $0.

Term amounts are now configurable on a Member Card Type. When creating a new member of this card type, the member will automatically have the term applied. Allowing for simple creation of membership cards with spending limits.

Interface Changes


Front Office
Auto-Modi and Set Menu Sublists now allow you to step back, allowing you to fix any mistakes
without having to re-enter the item.

Additionally, Auto-modifiers now prompt from within Set Menus.
Surcharges now indicate where and how the Surcharges are being applied.
▪ [V] for venue-wide
▪ [S] for station only
▪ [R] for a time-based rule.

When viewing a check in Recall, it is now possible to see the reason and any notes of items voided
using a Custom Void Reason.

The Order Information for Tabs will now display a “REM:” indicator which shows how much is
remaining on the current tab.

Courses can now be changed on items which have already been ordered. Doing so will void the
existing item, create a new one and print a corresponding course change docket to the kitchen.

Back Office

The Timed Rule configuration now allows users to select from a list of stations that the rule should apply to.

There is now a ‘New’ button to create new Timed Rules, in place of the ‘Save As’ button.

 

 

 

Stock
Newly added ‘Credit’ field in Stock Arrival that enables the ability to track credit when processing a
stock arrival.

 

It is now possible to enable and disable several stock items at once in Stock Management.

Users can now access and edit various Stock configuration datasets such as Locations, Units and
Measurements through distinct menus rather than having to go through Stock Item -> Edit.
