Are There Ongoing Costs To Use Impos Software?

There are two ways you can purchase and use the Impos software licenses:

1. Outright

If you purchase the licenses outright, the initial outlay for the software is a one-off expense and there will be no ongoing subscription fees to use the software. it is licensed to your business and you are entitled to use it for as long as you require. Once per year the software will prompt you for a license key, which you will need to contact us to get, but there is no charge for this. This is to ensure that everyone using the software has paid for a license.

Having said that, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to our technical support service - there are different options to suit the needs of your business, and you will have access to a range of benefits including software upgrades and discounts on services, not to mention assistance with your hardware and software when and where you need it.

There are also a suite of great software integrations available, from business analytics, to order-ahead, to accounting, some of which incur setup and/or subscription fees.
