Setting Up Impos Analytics Mobile App

Once logged in via web browser and you have set your own password, you can now setup the IA APP on your phone. Please note that you cannot use the temporary password on the app, you need first to log in via web browser and update it there.

Installing Impos Analytics App

Installation Instructions:

For Android Devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. In the search bar at the top, type "Yellowfin Analytics" and press Enter.
  3. From the search results, select the "Yellowfin Analytics" app developed by Yellowfin BI.
  4. Tap on the "Install" button to begin downloading and installing the app.
  5. Once the installation is complete, tap on the "Open" button to launch the app.
  6. You may now log in to the Yellowfin Analytics App using your credentials and start analysing your data.

For iPhone Devices:

  1. Unlock your iPhone and navigate to the App Store.
  2. Tap on the search icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. In the search bar, type "Yellowfin Mobile" and press Enter.
  4. From the search results, select the "Yellowfin Mobile" app developed by Yellowfin International Pty Ltd.
  5. Tap on the "Get" button next to the app icon to start downloading.
  6. You may need to authenticate the download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  7. Once the download is complete, tap on the "Open" button to launch the app.
  8. You can now log in to the Yellowfin Analytics App using your credentials and access your data for analysis.

  1. Open the Impos Analytics app and you will see a login prompt. 
  2. On the Impos Analytics app you would have to fill out all the fields indicated. Details are as follows.
    • Server URL – https://reports.impos.com.au
    • Username\Password – If you already have an existing credential when logging in on the old Impos Analytics apps that would still work, otherwise we will provide you new credentials to login with.
    • Client Org – This would be the initial Organization name provided to you, if this does not work, please do email us and we would give you the correct Client org name to use. 
  3. Once you have logged in, you should be able to access your venues data via your mobile device.

 

Note: you will not be able to log in to the app and the website at the same time with the same username.
