Creating an employee message

You can set messages to be sent to specific staff at certain times. These will appear on your POS and the users will have the option to accept or dismiss the message.

Select the ‘New’ tab

Fill out the required fields

To - Select the employees you would like to receive the message from the list provided. Note – If you wish all employees to receive the message select ‘All Employees’.

Message – Type the message you wish to send.

Message display time – The time you wish for the message to be displayed. Note – It is not necessary to change this if you want the message to be displayed the next time the user logs in.

Select ‘Save’ to save your message.

To check when a message was read you can select the message from the list of messages provided and the message read time field will display when the message was shown to the employee.
