Stock Converter can be used to create a Stock Item that is linked to other Stock Items, the best way to think about this is by using a Batched Cocktail example. Your venue might pre make some an Alcoholic Iced Tea.
First Create a Stock Items for all the Ingredients and then for the Peach Iced Tea, and set its measurements to be whatever you'd be serving it out of, e.g. a 2L pot having 2000 ML available to decrement from.
And then link all the ingredients to that Stock Item in the Stock Converter:
After that, you find the Iced Tea, and link all the Ingredients to it like you would normally link Stock to a Menu item, but for what goes into the finished product.
and then once it is all linked, down the bottom is the Converter option. Most of our venues, instead of running the converter everytime they make a batch, will keep a tally and then put in how many batches they made during that time before running a synch.
After that, Link the Batch Stock Item to the Menu Item and put the decrement in at how much a serving out of the Batch would be:
