Impos Mobile Pay is a mobile payment application developed by Impos and integrated with Tyro, enabling hassle-free, tap-and-go payment experiences in venues. Designed specifically for iOS devices (iOS 17 and above), the app allows staff to handle table operations and payment processing with ease.
What is it Used For
Impos Mobile Pay is used to:
- Accept tap-and-pay card transactions.
- Perform table functions, cash-off checks and send digital receipt.
- Update meal statuses.
- Apply and void discounts.
- Email & SMS receipts directly to customers

How to Set Up Impos Mobile Pay
- Download the app from TestFlight (link provided in the email) and the app looks likes
- Configure the app with the terminal.
It will ask to read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Login to the app with valid user ID and password. Once done user can login with valid credentials.
- Help button ? will redirect the user-to-user guide. Help icon will be available on authentication, user login and floor plan.
• Once user logs in, it will take user to the floor plan.
- Three dots
will help user to get the function list to perform user operations/table functions.
- User has provision to have multiple merge table functionality enabled.

- To check the payment details, click on the table having check assigned on it and verify the payment parameters along with applied discount as well surcharge amount.
- App has the capability to apply check percentage and check fixed discount types as well void the discount.
- It should only allow user to process non-zero payments.
- Once we click pay button to process the payment, it will ask user to add tips if they want.
- Once click continue it will ask user to confirm the payment.
- Once done user can tap their card for payment.
- Post payment details will comes on the user screen and it will ask user for email address and mobile number (with country code) to send the digital bill.

- Force Close and Reopen the App
- Swipe up to view recent apps and close Impos Mobile Pay. ○ Reopen the app.
- Check Internet and API Connection
- Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection and active local API engine.
- Restart the Device
- Power off and restart your iOS device.
- Check for Software Updates
- Ensure your iOS version and app are up to date.
- Reinstall the App
- Delete and reinstall the app via App Store.
