This guide aims to run you through what you can do if your automatic reports come through as blank in your email. If you encounter any issues or data is still missing, please contact our Support Team either via email customerservice@impos.com.au or phone 1300 780 268.
- Locate the email that contains the blank report and click the link.
2. Log into Analytics/Yellowfin using your normal login details.
3. Change the ‘Trading Date’ field to custom.
4. Select the date range you wish to re-run and press ‘Apply’.
- Press ‘Apply’ at the bottom of the filters to run the report.
If there is still no data at this point, please contact our Customer Service team via email customerservice@impos.com.au or phone 1300 780 268.
You will now be able to see the data for the date range that you select on the report. If you wish to export this, please continue to next page.
Exporting a Report

- Press the ‘Export’ button at the top of the page and select the desired file type.
