Tabs: To create a Tab, users press the Tab button and enter a name for the tab on the keyboard. Usually clients will take a credit card and ID for this.

Users can set limits on Tabs both in terms of value and in terms of time. To do this users will either enter the amount in the limit box or by including the time period that it is to be set for – in the example of a birthday or work drinks.

Once it’s set up you can access the Tab by double tapping it. This will take the user to the menu grid where they can see that the info grid is set to or ‘pointing’ at the Tab.

The user can place an order for the tab adding Items and pressing ‘send order’. This will save the Items to the Tab and keep tallying until the Tab is paid.

If a customer would like to start a tab after the user has begun an order, the user can press the ‘transfer check’ button. This will give them the option to start a tab and they can enter a new tab and complete the order by double tapping it once complete.
